Yantai Wanhua synthetic leather group has independently developed formaldehyde free, hygienic, non-toxic and environment-friendly isocyanate adhesive, which can replace the traditional "three formaldehyde resin" adhesive. The straw based wood-based panel produced by this adhesive has high strength, excellent mechanical properties, good water resistance and flame retardancy, and easy to process and use.

The binder is the only adhesive that can produce wheat straw as raw material at present. It solves a difficult problem that wheat straw can not be used with high added value.

The straw board produced by this adhesive can match the high density density fiberboard, and the straw board can achieve zero release of formaldehyde.

Wheat straw and corn stalks are more than 500 million tons per year in China. Using this adhesive can make straw instead of wood for wood-based panel production. It not only saves forest resources, but also solves the environmental pollution caused by burning straw and increases the income of farmers.
