In the first half of the year, private enterprises exported textiles and garments from Shenzhen port to US $5 billion 590 million, an increase of 43.1% over the same period last year. Foreign invested enterprises exported US $2 billion 540 million, an increase of 24.2% compared with the same period last year. The export of state-owned enterprises was US $2 billion 50 million, up 9.3% over the same period last year.
