The standard stipulates that the thermal underwear should be marked with "warmth retention" and "unit weight per gram" in the outer packaging, and the retention rate should be greater than or equal to 30%, and the formaldehyde content should be less than 75 mg per kilogram.

However, yesterday, the reporter walked around the thermal underwear store on the market, clearly marking the warmth retention rate and formaldehyde content of thermal underwear only a small number.

Experts from Ningbo Fiber Inspection Institute told reporters that the "knitting thermal underwear industry standard" is not a national mandatory standard. This standard reflects a quality promise made by manufacturers to consumers, and manufacturers can choose whether to label them.
