Winter printing must strictly control the process conditions, including base material, primary printing, drying, printing two times, drying, and finished products.

(3) adopt cross drying or pressing machine to make cross linking and drying.


(4) strictly control the false drying of the glue, freeze dry, and guard against poor fastness.


(5) toning should be coloured at 16-20 C to avoid coloring and fogging.


(6) reduce the amount of saponified glycerin and silicon digestible agent as far as possible, so as to ensure the crosslinking space.


(7) freeze mortar should not be mixed with new glue.


Three, printing materials sensitive adhesive prone to problems.


1, problems arise:


(1) not developing or developing.


(2) generate shedding and floating glue phenomenon.


(3) the edge saw teeth, glue dropping, film removal and printing resistance decreased.


2, solution:


(1) must be stored in the environment above 10 C, and freeze should not be used.

(3) the temperature of plate making is above 16 C, the burst time of diazo series is extended for 2-3 minutes, and the SBQ series is prolonged for 10 seconds.
