At present, the Guangxi industrial and commercial bureau has asked all businesses to take off shelves and stop selling unqualified children's clothing, and require all departments of industry and commerce to carry out inventory actions to protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests.

It is reported that the inspectors commissioned by the Guangxi industry and Commerce Bureau have checked 31 batches of children's clothing.

The results showed that the results of 22 batch tests were unqualified and the qualified rate was 29.03%.

The main items of unqualified are product instructions, fiber content, color fastness and so on.

Chen Jihui, director of the Consumer Protection Office of Guangxi industrial and commercial bureau, told reporters that as long as the quality of the children's clothing was not up to standard, a large number of enterprises did not strictly label and label the products according to the relevant national regulations and standards.

Some operators and related production enterprises pay insufficient attention to the labeling requirements for fiber content. Some do not mark fiber content or do not label Chinese, while others blindly mark up errors without knowing specific components.

According to introduction, fiber content is one of the important factors that determine fabric value. Fiber composition is inconsistent with the label. In essence, it is misleading consumers and damaging the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

On the whole, the fiber content exceeds the allowable range, which is the main reason for the failure of the quality of the products.

In addition, the color fastness of clothing is mainly due to the fastness of dyes attached to fibers, especially water, friction, sweat stains and saliva. Otherwise, during the wearing process, the dye will fall off and pfer to the skin, which will harm the human body or stain the light colored clothes, which will affect the consumers' health and beauty.

Especially infants and young children's clothing, because infants often bite their clothes and other things in their mouths, causing children to suck the dye residue into their mouths and get hurt.
