Textile Printing And Dyeing IndustryPollutants And Emission Standards

With the increasing emphasis on air pollution prevention and control in China, the emission standard for industrial air pollutants in textile printing and dyeing industry is expected in 2015.

Promulgated

This puts forward higher requirements for textile printing and dyeing industry.

Correlation studies indicate that VOCs (VOC) in industrial waste gas is directly related to the formation of PM2.5 two aerosols.

VOCs in textile waste gas mainly comes from two aspects, one is Textile Pretreatment and functional post-processing (such as the use of stereotypes, baking machines, singeing machines, grinding machines and other processing process), two is chemical fiber spinning process.

Taking the heat setting machine as an example, as an important part of the pretreatment process of textiles, various dyes and auxiliaries and coating auxiliaries on textiles will be released in the form of gas in the heat setting process. The main products are organic compounds such as formaldehyde, polybenzene and aromatic hydrocarbons.

How to effectively control and treat this volatile organic compound is a difficult problem to be solved at present.

In the 90s of last century, the United States and the European Union have listed textile waste gas as one of the important sources of air pollution. China has also issued standards for air pollution emission. However, the existing standards for the comprehensive emission of air pollutants and the standards for the emission of odor pollutants are limited, which can not completely cover the types of textile waste gases.

At present, China's exhaust gas treatment technology and monitoring technology are almost in a blank state. A large number of textile waste gas is directly discharged from the exhaust or non organized form to the atmosphere, polluting the surrounding environment, and also increasing the difficulty of supervision by the environmental protection department.

In 2013, the Ministry of environmental affairs incorporated the emission standard of air pollutants from textile and dyeing industry into the national environmental protection standard revision plan. This standard is formulated by the Environmental Protection Technology Standards Research Institute of China Environmental Protection Federation, Specialized Committee and other units, and is expected to be introduced in 2015.

The new standard will certainly affect textile enterprises, especially

Printing and dyeing enterprises have a greater impact.

The new standard urges textile enterprises to control waste gas pollution.

The current equipment and technical level of the industry can not provide effective support for the realization of relevant data indicators.

In order to meet the relevant standard emission standards, enterprises must cut in from equipment improvement and technology upgrading to improve the management level, so as to effectively control the pollution of the textile industry to the air environment.

In 2013, the State Council promulgated the action plan for air pollution prevention and control. It clearly pointed out that pollution control and emission reduction were linked to local performance appraisal, and a new accountability system and "one vote veto" were implemented.

The new standard will certainly urge local governments to increase supervision and ensure that exhaust gas meets the standard discharge.

Under such circumstances, the textile waste gas treatment technology and equipment industry will usher in a golden period of development.

In 2013, the state promulgated the "discharge standard for water pollutants in textile dyeing and finishing industry", which strictly restricted the discharge targets of pollutants. Since the implementation of the standards, textile printing and dyeing enterprises felt the pressure of wastewater discharge.

Once the new emission standards are implemented, it will bring a new round of test to the textile and dyeing industry.

New standard

After the introduction, how to ensure the implementation of the standards from the technical level? If only the exhaust gas on-line monitoring system is making great efforts, and ignore the supporting and economical exhaust gas treatment technology, the enterprises will face enormous pressure.

Therefore, speeding up the research and development of textile waste gas monitoring and control technology is equally important.

Textile Market Continues To Weaken And Form Weakness

From the list of prices of textile bulk products in October, we can see that this month has seen many rises and falls. The textile market showed a sharp fall in October and a slight rebound. This month, the chemical fiber market, except acrylonitrile industrial chain continues to rise slightly, the remaining chemical fiber products "annihilated", of which the most obvious decline is the PTA industry chain.
