In order to adapt to the new situation of the development of the textile and garment industry and adjust the policies of the autonomous region to support the textile and garment industry, and enhance the guidance and guidance of the plan to the industrial development and realize the high quality development of the textile and garment industry, in August last year, the state people's Government commissioned the China Textile Construction Planning Institute to help compile the "Bazhou garment industry development plan (2019-2023)".

The development trend of other industrial clusters in the region is good and the growth of industrial workers needs a long-term training process, which is a challenge for Bazhou.

According to the plan, from 2019 to 2023, the positioning of Bazhou's textile and garment industry is to become the largest industrial chain, the most comprehensive category, the highest profit, distinctive features and strong endogenous driving force.

From 2019 to 2023, the total number of key projects in Bazhou's textile and garment industry is estimated to be 48. The total investment is expected to be 271 billion 400 million yuan. After the completion of the construction, the total sales revenue will increase by 29 billion 560 million yuan.

It is estimated that by the end of 2023, the main business income of Bazhou's textile and garment industry will reach 63 billion 680 million yuan, and will maintain 6.6% of the largest profit margin in Xinjiang, which is higher than the average level of the industry. It will form an industrial development pattern of "one platform and three bases", and the industrial structure will be more diversified. The industrial cluster area of "Ku Wei iron" will form, forming 3 characteristic product chains and 162 thousand new jobs.
