Shaanxi Functional Textiles Quality Supervision And Inspection Center Unveiled
In July 29th, Shaanxi functional textile supervision and inspection center was set up in Xi'an. The opening of the center has filled the blanks in the field of functional textiles inspection and research in Shaanxi, and provided strong technical support for the development of the textile industry in the province.
The center was the first provincial-level functional textiles inspection institution in Northwest China approved by the Shaanxi provincial market supervision authority (formerly the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau) in 2018 9 and prepared by the Xi'an Inspection Institute. In order to do a good job in construction work, Xi'an Fiber Inspection Institute strictly controls construction standard requirements, mobilizes all personnel strength, selects technical backbone, makes clear the division of responsibilities, and implements construction indicators one by one. It takes 7 months to complete the preparatory task successfully.
At present, the center has equipped with 4 categories of textiles, clothing, UV resistance, flame retardancy, antibacterial and antistatic properties, and has 96 functional parameters for 28 products.
"The input of the center has improved the inspection capability of the inspection institute and brought new opportunities." Xiao Zhihui, director of Xi'an Institute of fiber inspection, said that the inspection will take this opportunity to carry out inspection work with high quality, ensure the quality and safety of fiber, resolutely accomplish the work of cotton public inspection and actively serve the economic and social development of Xi'an.
