Xinye Textile (002087): Public Offering Of Corporate Bonds Approved For Registration

Xinye Textile Co., Ltd. (002087. SZ) announced that recently, the company has received the reply on approving Henan Xinye Textile Co., Ltd. to publicly issue corporate bonds to professional investors (zjxk [2020] No. 1614) issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC"). The reply contents are as follows:

1、 The registration application for the company to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value of no more than 500 million yuan to professional investors is approved.

2、 The company's bonds are issued by stages, and the first issue shall be completed within 12 months from the date of approval for registration; the issuance of other bonds shall be completed within 24 months from the date of approval of registration.

3、 This issuance of corporate bonds shall be conducted in strict accordance with the prospectus submitted to Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

4、 The reply shall be valid within 24 months from the date of approval of registration.

5、 From the date of approval for registration to the end of the issuance of the company's bonds, the company shall report in time and deal with it in accordance with relevant regulations.

The board of directors and authorized persons of the company will, in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and approval documents and the authorization of the general meeting of shareholders of the company, implement the relevant matters of this public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors within the validity period of the reply.
