Shenzhen Textile A (000045): Plans To Launch Phase I ESOP

Shenzhen textile a (000045. SZ) announced that the company plans to launch the first phase of ESOP. The total number of employees participating in the ESOP is no more than 300, and the maximum amount of funds raised by the ESOP is RMB 20 million.

The fund sources for the company's employees to participate in the ESOP are the legitimate salary of the participants, self financing and other ways permitted by laws and regulations.

The total number of shares of the company held by the ESOP shall not exceed 10% of the total share capital of the company, and the total number of shares corresponding to the shares of a single employee shall not exceed 1% of the total share capital of the company.
