We Must Adhere To Principles, But We Must Go Against Our Superiors.
现在流行谈“执行力”,于是,大量的关于“执行”和“服从”的书籍摆上了企业的书柜。作为下属,服从上级安排是本分。但并不是就意味着事事都要顺从上司。如果上司的指令明显是不恰当的,执行起来对工作会带来更严重的危害,我想不用再无条件的服从了吧?但是作为下属,要想坚持原则而又不服从上司的决定是一件比较难的事情,要作到这一点,必须要采取恰当的方法。就这点问题提出一点看法,仅供参考:
1, obey first and execute again. Regardless of whether the boss's decision is correct, subordinates should obey. That is to say, the boss is announces a decision or a direction.
When you assign a task, you must obey it first. Obedience does not mean you must give a promise, but listen to your boss. Then consider whether or not it should be held.
That's ok? Should we not? How should it be implemented?
2、选择合适的表达方式向上司陈述你不能执行的理由。1)不要直接的回绝你的上司,也不要责难他的错误,尤其是当你的上司在公开的场合宣布他的决定时候,你更要顾及他的面子和地位。你可以带上你的想法到他的办公室或者找一个比较安静的地方和他单独沟通。2)就事论事,你是来和上司探讨问题的,不是来批评人的。你和上司沟通的只是针对事情的本身,所以在你的言语中要注意,不要上你的上司以为你是看不起他。3)不要摆出说教的姿态,要用商量的语气。你是下属,他是上司,没有哪一个上司喜欢下属去教训他。在指出上司错误的时候,尽量使用商量或请教的语气。比如“这是我对***的个人看法,我想听听你的指导意见”,“请你看看是不是这样会好一点”,等等。4)感谢你的上司能够抽时间听一下你的建议。不管他接受不接受,改不改变原来的决定,你都要感谢他。
3、要有充分的理由,很关键的一点。一般来讲,上司做一个决定都是经过考虑的。如果你要你的上司改变原的观点,你就必须要有足够的理由。1)将心换心。站在你上司的立场上考虑一下,为什么会下这样的决定?2)收集资料。要通过数据和资料说话。材料越多,你才有可能更有说服力。
4, learn to compromise. The boss doesn't always accept your suggestions. If you insist on persuading him to change his mind, there may be more contradictions.
你把你的看法说出来,你已经尽到了一个下属的责任了,一定要学会让步。给你的上司一个考虑的时间,不要强求你的上司会马上改变。
5、最糟糕的事情恐怕是不管怎样,就算你的看法是百分百的正确时,你的上司都还是不改变原来的决定。作为下属,如果你还想在这个岗位工作,就只有服从了。考虑好这个不好的决定可能带来的不良后果,提前作好预防,构思一下有没有好的补救办法,尽量把负面的影响降到最低。
