The two layer leather produced by this process has a fashionable appearance and a very durable surface quality, even if it is placed with top grade full grain leather.

This process can mimic many animal textures including rare animal leather.

Moreover, this polyurethane based finishing leather has the greatest advantage of high tensile and frictional resistance.

The process uses silica gel membrane to imitate the texture characteristics of natural leather very accurately.

The process of making the texture film is as follows: first choose the natural leather to be copied, then apply the solid silica gel to the leather. The silicone membrane is sprayed with a layer of waterborne polyurethane dispersion. After drying, the Levacast two component additive and hardening agent are mixed with spray gun to spray on the film.

Then the finished two layers of leather were immediately spread on the silica gel membrane and dried for a short time to remove the finished leather.

Silicone membrane can be used repeatedly.

In general, continuous release release paper can also be used instead of silica gel.
